Gin Brunchin'

The warm season has begun, and Ștefan is more than excited to start riding the Pușcălupi bike through the community again.
On Saturday, May 9th, between 12:00 - 16:00, in Sântu Gheorghe, dara is preparing a special brunch with fresh seasonal goodies, and Ștefan is preparing the [not so] French 75, an effervescent cocktail that combines the freshness of gin with lemon and the Darabont family sparkling wine and the classic Negroni.
Pușcălupi Single Shot Dry is a local dry gin, produced in Țara Bârsei (historical and ethnographic region in southeastern Transylvania), distilled demijohn by demijohn and bottled bottle by bottle by Ștefan in his father's former bottler.
