"I believe that we are not born in one place or another by chance, and I believe that it is important to return some values to the people and areas that propelled us and gave us, practically, the courage to go out in life. And, then, somehow, morally, we are obliged to return some values to the people who held our hand when we had to cross the street and we were not yet so vigilant. (…) If we assume to do something for the areas where we live, it is certainly a much greater effort, but the satisfactions are also commensurate. Because you come home and it is not deserted at your home", says Damian Pal.
His soul project, "People inspire", was born to "heal" society, and education is one of the levers that can solve some of the problems, believes the young man from Ghimeş-Făget.
"We launched the concept in 2020, and since then we have had a series of activities, mainly organizing musical events, but we have also made short reports with and about model people," says Damian Pal.
The purpose and central focus of the Kőrösi Csoma Sándor Cultural Association and Folk School is to preserve the memory of Kőrösi Csoma Sándor and to present his work and specialist literature, as well as to pass on the spirit of Csoma to future generations.
