🍝 Gourmet Night is a hosted dining evening built around the remarkable flavour of mangalica—the heritage breed prized for its delicate marbling and depth—paired with wines chosen to lift each course. It’s a small gathering, a clink of glasses, and a meal that feels celebratory without fuss.

🍷 Doors open at 17:00 for a welcome pour and introductions. Shortly after, courses begin to arrive in a measured progression, each accompanied by an expert wine pairing selected for balance rather than show. Expect thoughtful cooking from scratch, seasonal accents, and a pace that leaves room for conversation. Seating is hosted; couples and small groups are equally at home.
